  • Beber mucha agua

Quizá uno de los hábitos más recomendados a la hora de proteger la piel y el organismo en general. Una correcta hidratación es indispensable para evitar la resequedad y favorecer la oxigenación. Asimismo, contribuye a mantener una buena tonalidad.

  • Duerme lo suficiente

Si quieres mantener una piel sana y reluciente, uno de los hábitos que más se recomienda es dormir las 8 horas al día. Una piel que no descansa el tiempo suficiente se verá afectada en el largo plazo.

Según un reciente estudio del UH Case Medical Center de Estados Unidos, una mala calidad del sueño acelera los signos del envejecimiento y debilita la capacidad de la dermis para repararse durante la noche.

Aunque pareciera que no existe mucha relación, realizar ejercicio favorece la elasticidad y la tonificación de la piel.
